We are seeking an experienced and strategic Automation Specialist to help design and deliver cutting-edge automation solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

About the RoleAs an Automation Specialist, you’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across a large-scale healthcare environment. You’ll use Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform suite to streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and empower frontline teams through smart digital tools.
Working within a progressive digital innovation program, your role will involve stakeholder engagement, solution architecture, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high standards of security, compliance, and usability in every project.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy intelligent automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Translate clinical and business needs into scalable, user-friendly automation solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows, gather requirements, and lead solution demonstrations.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring across the automation team.
Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, and security frameworks.
Essential Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable automation architectures.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and solution presentation skills.
Previous experience in digital transformation or automation in a regulated or healthcare-adjacent environment.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
Experience integrating automation with systems like ServiceNow, EMRs, or Microsoft 365 services.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or AI.
Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
Work on large-scale digital health initiatives that make a real impact.
