About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of PC rollout projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Developing detailed project plans and timelines.
- Implementation: Overseeing the procurement, configuration, and deployment of new PCs. Coordinating with IT support teams, vendors, and end-users.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Communication: Providing regular project updates to stakeholders. Ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager, with a specific focus on PC rollout projects (WIndows 11)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with PC hardware and software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
