About the Role:
As a Business Analyst with CMMS experience, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of the CMMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to CMMS functionality, workflows, and reporting.
- CMMS Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM) to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline maintenance processes and improve asset management efficiency through effective CMMS utilization.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, IT, and vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in testing activities to ensure the CMMS system meets business requirements and performs as expected.
- Training and Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Data Analysis: Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on CMMS implementations or optimizations.
- In-depth knowledge of CMMS systems and related maintenance and asset management processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
