Their team values innovation and excellence, and we're seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide crucial technical assistance to their operations.
The office is located in western Sydney and it's a completely on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems in the manufacturing environment.
- Offer training and guidance to staff on using technical systems effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, software, and systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
