We are currently seeking a highly skilled Office 365 Support Analyst to join a Leading Melbourne Hospital. As an integral member of The IT department, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other talented professionals who share your passion for using technology to improve patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing technical support for Office 365 applications and services, including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and more.
- Troubleshooting issues related to Office 365 and collaborating with other IT professionals to resolve complex problems.
- Developing and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the hospital staff in their use of Office 365.
- Participating in the planning and implementation of new Office 365 features and upgrades..
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from hospital staff to IT vendors.
