Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant Organisation who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced WCS(WebSphere Commerce) Developer to join a great team.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be Providing High-Level support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include:
- WebSphere Commerce coding, performance monitoring, tuning and optimization
- Established development methodologies, design principles, standards and tools
- Write and maintain unit and automation tests at relevant application tiers ensuring that delivered change adheres to acceptance criteria
- Implementing custom monitoring tools for production alerts
- Solution and development for business requirements
- Search engine integration with WebSphere Commerce
- Payment integration and content manager integration
- Take the initiative in suggesting and implementing improvements.
Skills we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience with a minimum of 3-year experience in WebSphere Commerce Suite development
- Good understanding of Commerce framework and subsystem
- Experience in developing and customizing Rest APIs
- Experience working with teams of internal or external web/tech developers, etc, and larger-scale e-commerce platforms
- Some experience with marketing automation software, email marketing tools
- Well presented, hardworking and enjoys working in a Team
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
- Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
