My client, a large market leader is seeking a CHRIS Systems Analyst on a permanent basis to join their high achieving team.
Essential Knowledge and skills:
- Technical ability to administer Databases
- Troubleshooting transaction assistant in Databases
- Strong understanding in the use of Chris21 payroll system
- Knowledge of the following products highly regarded: Microsoft SQL Server,
Microsoft Office suite, Kronos
- Ability to solve technical and data integration problems
- Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated capacity to manage stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-developed data analysis skills and an understanding of the Healthcare work
environment would be an advantage.
Desirable but not essential:
- A sound understanding of information technology including clinical systems,
applications relevant to the Management of rostering, payroll, HRIS and risk
management reporting or as required for the role and/or department.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or well-recognized IT industry certification (such
as MCDBA) or working towards.
- Understanding of Current HR products, Chris21, HR21; Kronos and Mercury.
