My client, a large market leader is seeking a webPAS Application Support Analyst to commence on an immediate 6 months contract.
The Role
The webPAS Application Support Analyst delivers day to day support to the webPAS Patient Administration System and other integrated systems in ensuring systems are performing optimally, securely and highly available in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
The role will require a detailed functional understanding of webPAS in delivering day to day support and improvements by configuring workflows, releasing enhancements, addressing impacts to integrated systems and managing changes using established change management processes
Key Capabilities
- Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Patient Administration System (PAS) support and configuration experience preferably in a health organisation
- Highly proficient in eliciting and clearly documenting user requirements, capturing process and workflow dependencies and improvements
- Demonstrated ability to be a subject matter expert in supporting, configuring, maintaining and administrating complex integrated applications
- Demonstrated experience leading and project managing application releases and upgrades; working collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude who is self-motivated and can work effectively with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience in HTML, SQL query (PL/SQL, T-SQL), RedHat Linux
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
Desirable
- webPAS application configuration and support experience
- Knowledge of HL7 integration messaging
