Milestone IT is currently working with this world leading business based in Southbank who right now are in the middle of an exciting CRM/Salesforce implementation.
Our client is looking for an individual who understands the technicalities of CRM's and has the required interpersonal skills to work in a facilitation capacity.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing, implementing and maintaining solutions that deliver business value within the business and interfacing with the Salesforce implementation team
- Analysing, reviewing and documenting business processes, information and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating the clean-up of existing data and analysing future requirements
- Identifying the best ways of using Salesforce functionality and architecture to meet business requirements
- Facilitate global workshops virtual and in person
- Specifying functional user requirements in technical terms
- Assist with data analysis to find opportunities to standardise and normalise
- Managing the user testing process
