Job details
Under the direction of the Team Leader, Information and Records Management,
this position will contribute to supporting Trim and its continued development,
maintenance and configuration. The position will assist staff in their use of Trim/Rex,
support business areas in moving away from their reliance on network drives,
and help them transition from physical to electronic document management
processes.
Duties :
1. Provide customer focused expert support to staff seeking Trim/Rex system and general information
management services.
2. Contribute to ongoing maintenance, quality assurance and other regular system administration tasks
in Trim.
3. Participate in educating staff in the use of Trim, including training and the production of guidance
material.
4. Support the review, development and implementation of improved information and records
management practices and processes.
5. Liaise and coordinate with relevant organisational resources and off-site physical records service
provider on all aspects of the Records Management cycle.
6. Assist in the general administration of the Records Management unit as required.
