Qualifications:
Tertiary or at least 5+ years industry experience
Industry qualifications (Cisco Certifications – not just the courses)
Experience in Health or Government would be good
The skills will be required will be:
Switch and Router Management (Cisco 3750E switches, Cisco VG224 voice gateway devices)
Firewall changes (Cisco ASA-5510, ASA-5510 and AHA-5520’s)
Network troubleshooting
Switch port and VLAN configuration,
Physical patching (Ethernet and Fiber)
Cisco Call Manager 10.5 - Telephony support (CUCM and other associated Cisco product support), creating Call agents.
WISM2 and Wireless Access Point configuration
IP Phone troubleshooting and configuration within Cisco CUCM (Cisco 7911, 7921,7941, 7961, 7811,7821,7841, 7861, 8865 (Video Phone)
Can manage a job queue (for Assignment in SharePoint)
Well regarded but not essential to have:
SolarWinds experience
Cisco CMS
Cisco Expressway
