My client a fantastic organisation is seeking an Administration Assistant on a full time basis to work on Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Office Duties:
- Reception tasks, include responding to intercom calls
- Manage internal mail
- Great phone manner
- Must have a pleasent
- Data entry when required
- Adhoc tasks
Purchasing/Procurement:
- Prepare, Process & Monitor Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Obtaining Quotes
- Maintain Purchasing Register spreadsheet
Invoicing:
- Process invoices
- Reconcile invoices against Purchase Orders
- Assist with recording actual invoices against budget
