Major Business Outcome Achievements:

• Streamlined processes for Optus to secure approval for changes from Senior ANZ in-country managers in S.E. Asian countries and successfully negotiated such changes to occur within a tight schedule without disrupting business and achieving the required technical and business outcomes.
• Managed projects to ready Telstra for the shutdown of the CDMA telephone network in a manner which met all business objectives, minimised customer inconvenience and met all technical requirements by the planned date.
• Completed the project I was hired to manage in less than half the anticipated time and moved onto managing several other projects and the reporting for the entire global domain migration program. Achieved a high degree of business satisfaction with the outcome of a Wi-Fi rollout across 6 sites.
• Recovered project to refresh HP Mid-Range Cluster and assumed responsibility for application upgrades and migration when no application PM was appointed.
