• 15 years experience of using C++ to develop commercial electrical automation software, especially at SCADA, DMS(Distribution Management System), EMS(Energy Management System) and OMS
• 15 years experience of developing practical SCADA/DMS/EMS/OMS software application for power companies around China
• 15 years experience of development for UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS
• 12 years experience of cross-platform development by using C++ based on QT and ACE
• 12 years experience of development with database, using SQL and mainly ORACLE database
• 9 years experience of project management (including R&D projects and engineering projects)
• 9 years experience of R&D process management, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and integration of subsystems
• Abundant experience of product introducing and documents writing, such as technical specification, technical response, technical proposal, configuration scheme etc.
• Abundant experience of developing in a team and cooperating with other team members
• Passion on solving complex problems and challenging myself on the technical development
• Microsoft project and SPIF that is used to manage project
• IBM Rational ClearQuest and ClearCase
