Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge and training with Windows operating systems from stand-alone to network level configurations including Windows 7, Vista, XP, Win 8 and 2000/2003/2008/2012 server based products as well as virtual environments (citrix / VMware).
• Advanced knowledge of system administration via remote access and deployment tools
• Advanced Active Directory experience
• Advanced knowledge of management and support for mobile platforms (IOS / Android)
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco equipment / Principles
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems/development
• Knowledge of Apple operating system OS X including scripting and automation
• Highly adaptive and thrives in a high pressure environment
• Punctual
