About Me
I previously worked at a growing document storage company which had a fast passed team environment. My time spent there always involved adapting to change, as our team expanded and system where upgrade. I regularly liaised with various stakeholders to ensure I, and my co-workers could deliver solutions that our customers wanted whilst our operations expanded. This includes assisting in the migration between MSP providers. As the most technical minded employee I help communicate the technical requirements of the business based on directions of management. As I worked in a team to serve our B2B clients; I was also responsible for providing data shredding services to members of the public. Here, I regularly met with people with all walks of life who brought their own requirements and character to day-to-day operations.
Identifying a broader need for technical skills, I sought tertiary education that could deliver valuable solutions to business needs (Cert IV & Diploma of Networking.) I am eager to apply my customer service skills and technical abilities to meet and exceed customer expectations in a field that I love.
