This year has seen continual growth within IT and has also seen the introduction of new technologies to the consumer market. As more new technologies are being created there is a need for more IT specialists to focus on such areas as development, analytics and security. Here are 5 areas of IT which are predicted to boom in 2017.

1) Mobile Dev Ops

We have seen an influx in Mobile Dev Ops due to the continuous rise of mobile applications which help automate our everyday lives. With over 110, 000 people using the pump in the US and Canada alone researchers found that hackers were able to access the pump and decrease insulin levels which could kill thousands of people on the medication.
