To commence immediately, Milestone IT has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this top tier household brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders including end users, operations management, IT and external vendors to establish a schedule for project delivery
- Analyse current systems, resources and processes and products to identify resource requirements and allocation
- Vendor management knowledge/experience.
- Take ownership of all documentation requirements including assisting with scoping, budgets, planning and allocation of resources
- Ensure organisational policies and procedures are adhered to across all facets of the project in line with corporate governance
- Ensure project is delivered in line of any and all legislative requirements
- Take lead in negotiations with all stakeholders both internal and external to ensure timely delivery of the project
- Manage external vendors and external resources to ensure seamless
- Communicate at all levels with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition
- Report to steering committee and PMO on a regular basis
- Using Agile or Waterfall methods to implement and effect change where necessary
- Ad hoc duties as necessary
This is an immediate need for an initial duration of 3 months with the likelihood of work been on-going.
To be suitable you will have strong project management experience as well as excellent working knowledge of Kronos.
