Our client, a large is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for along term contract.
You will require the following skills and experiences;
Qualifications/experience
· Extensive knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
· Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office product suite and desktop applications software.
· Demonstrated experience with Windows 7 and 10
. Active Directory experience
. Any Sharepoint knowledge will be greatly valued
· Enthusiastic and positive approach with a strong customer focus
· Experience in a Help/Service Desk environment
. Experience with logging of calls
. Good troubleshooting skills
· Demonstrated technical experience with Active Directory
· Ability to work as an effective member of a team under minimal supervision
