Milestone IT has been operating very successfully for 15 years in the IT recruitment space. Our strong brand is synonymous with quality and high service levels on a national basis. We work with most of the largest organisations and household names across Australia. Due to the recent organisational restructure, we are in need of a Business Support Consultant for an initial 3 months contract with the high possibility of further extensions for the right candidate.
This is an exciting and varied role and requires a bright and enthusiastic person to take on a number of different duties including but not limited to the following;
- Day to day reception and administration duties for office support.
- Locating and identifying suitably experienced and qualified candidates for IT roles for our high profile clients. Knowledge of IT would be advantageous but extensive training will be given.
- Meeting and greeting candidates and uploading their digital video profiles into our candidate database. You will be required to work with cameras and video equipment. Knowledge of camera equipment and video editing software would be advantageous.
- Basic invoicing and accounts duties and contract preparation.
- Business development and identifying sales/lead generation. BDM ability is highly sought after.
The successful candidate will need to have a mixture of very strong communication and sales skills coupled with experience in social media and video editing and camera working knowledge.
This role would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate in the field of either IT or Communications who also has a strong desire to work in sales and possesses savvy business acumen. This role will suit a candidate who is a go getter and has a real "can do" attitude and a hungry desire to succeed.
