We are currently looking for a number of Office 365 Support Technicians to join us on an initial 3 month contract to focus on supporting Office 365.
This role will see you working for one of the largest organisation in Australia.
What we expect you to do:
- Undertake implementation, installation, support and maintenance of technical solutions to enable the effective delivery of Office 365.
- Provide support and maintenance of relevant technologies, including responding to problems and faults, providing support to clients and liaising with other technical staff and external service providers to resolve issues.
- Undertake administrative tasks including (but not limited to) submission of change requests.
Skills and experiences required:
- Knowledge of Office 365 Administration experience.
- Experience of troubleshooting various issues of office 365.
- Practical experience in troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of office reporting tools.
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Some travel is required so you will need to have a current license and own transport. You maybe required to travel to regional areas and stay on site of a week or two.
All travel, food allowance and accommodation expenses are paid for when you are required to travel to regional sites.
