The successful candidates will be responsible for taking and responding to incoming calls, providing troubleshooting advice and call resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Great customer service
- Provide support to end users with various issues
- Provide level 1 and level 2 support using remote tools, supporting MS software
- Focus on fixing within first call.
- Experience working with Active Directory
Key Mandatory Experience
- Strong customer service experience required
- Working knowledge and experienced in Active Directory
- Prior experience providing remote desktop support for MS Office, Windows, Desktop
- Outstanding communication skills with fluent english
- Strong analytical, and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as this position requires interacting with end users and co-workers in a timely and professional manner
