Right now, they are undergoing a massive redevelopment project and are seeking an experienced developer to be part of the team.
The individual will be given an opportunity to work on a greenfield project which involve setting new trends in cloud technology. You will be contributing to some of the prominent open-source public facing projects in the industry. A unique opportunity to work in a true Agile development environment is something we don't see every day. However, this position, working with a major team and the latest technology is a truly exciting opportunity.
Job Description:
You will get to pioneer a Node.js project with a growing team redeveloping one of the countries most successful retail solutions.
You'll get to work with a great team of smart and talented engineers who all write amazing code. More specifically, you'll be at the beginning of one of the largest most impressive projects.
Requirements -
3+ years of web-application experience.
- An understanding of scalable web applications.
- Some experience of cloud-based hosting.
- Experience in Node a must.
- Good understanding of micro services and appropriate caching strategies.
- Experience of working in agile teams.
- Experience of javascript MVC frameworks (server-side React an obvious bonus)
- Java and Microservices knowledge would be advantageous.
