The working hours will be from 11pm to 7am. You must be able to work these hours.
Our valued large client based near Cranbourne is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to work on an initial 6 months contract with a view to become permanent for this great organisation.
In this role you will be the first point of call for all IT related issues and you will assist in resolving the IT issues in a timely manner.
You will need to have fantastic communication and customer service skills.
The working hours will be from 11pm to 7am. You must be able to work these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Great customer service
- Provide support to end users with various issues
- Provide level 1 support using remote tools, supporting MS software
- Focus on fixing within first call.
- Experience working with Active Directory
Key Mandatory Experience
- Strong customer service experience required
- Working knowledge and experienced in Active Directory
- Prior experience providing remote desktop support for MS Office, Windows, Desktop
- Outstanding communication skills with fluent english
- Knowledge of Citrix
- Strong analytical, and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as this position requires interacting with end users and co-workers in a timely and professional manner
