Your Profile
As an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant, you must be sales focused and have the attitude to WIN! You must be recruitment focused, determined, confident, ambitious, and driven with a hunger for success. You will have a proven track record of sales or recruitment success with key achievements; this could be anything from proven billings in a sales arena to management/manager wins! More specifically, you must know how to listen and have an excellent capacity to make intellegent and effective decisions.
