Are you a Technical Writer guru bored of the same old projects? Do you see yourself as a Technical Writing gun? Do you see yourself working with the top 10% of IT consultant’s in Brisbane?
My client a large organization is currently seeking a Technical Writer to work on a large scale project. You will be enthusiastic and motivated as this position requires someone with strong interpersonal skills.
You will have strong problem solving skills and you will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies!
The Candidate Must Possess:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform the role of Technical Writer in a large, complex, high risk and geographically dispersed Information Security environment
• Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, ethical behaviour and occupational health and safety.
• At least two years policy writing experience in enterprise information security governance.
• Proven knowledge of the following codes and standards:• Queensland Government Information Standard 18
• Information Security Management System – ISO/IEC 27001
Code of Practice in Information Security – 27002.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders on all project related matters.
• Work with technical staff to develop technical documentation.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be interacting with the team on a daily basis.
