Overview

Is my engagement really risk-free?

Yes. All of our engagements begin with an obligation-free trial period to ensure that the connection we have helped forge is the right one. You have the opportunity to test the match, the consultant’s ability and the culture fit before committing to anything. If at the end of the trial period you are happy, we bill you for the time and continue the engagement for as long as you like. If not, we cover the cost of the consultant and you've got the opportunity to engage in another trial period or discontinue the relationship entirely.

What are my upfront fee's?

This is one of the best parts – there aren't any!

How does the screening process for consultants work?

We pride ourselves on connecting the best consultants with the best engagement opportunities, but the key to this is ensuring we have the best consultants in our network.

We've spent over a decade ensuring that this is the case and each consultant that joins the Milestone IT network undergoes a thorough screening process that includes:

What is a "Verified Consultants"?

As a part of the consultant validation process we use a system of verification by references. During the registration process consultants are asked to provide trusted referees. These referees are then contacted by Milestone IT and asked to review the consultant’s abilities. Milestone IT consultants then assess and evaluate the references. Every good reference wins a ‘star’ for the consultant’s profile. The number of stars on a profile determines each consultant’s ranking status on the Milestone IT system.
