My valued client, a global outsourcing company, is looking for a number of Service Desk Analyst to join the team. This is an entry level role and would suit someone who has recently graduated from university or TAFE within the IT field.

This position is responsible for prompt courteous service to our customers as they contact the Service Desk for technical assistance. As part of the routine for answering the contact made, the Customer Support Analyst will ask the customer the appropriate questions to determine the severity and the nature of the problem. This information is logged into a incident management system that will track the incident through to its completion.
